About Me

come from a city known for its values of unity, good work ethic and diversity. I am a proud mother of a beautiful boy which fuels my passion for educating others on mental health and wellbeing. I offer a safe space to be yourself, where we will work together to meet your goals.

I am a fully qualified CBT Psychotherapist, qualifying with a Postgraduate Diploma from Salford University (2021). I also have a master’s degree in Common Mental Health Therapies (2017) and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (2016).

I have worked in healthcare for 11 years, specifically mental health services for the last 7 years. This includes residential services for adults with Autism (ASC), learning difficulties and complex needs. As well as inpatient adult services and Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), who experience severe mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety disorders, psychosis, eating difficulties and personality disorders.

I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and at the same time my experience and knowledge of additional therapies such as Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (Skills) and Compassion Focused Therapies (CFT) enables me to be more integrative in my approach when needed, tailoring treatment to the individual.

Do one thing each day your future self will thank you for..
